Q: How can I place an order?

A: You can shop directly on our website under the “Products” section. If we have the product in stock, you will be able to add it to your cart - if not, you can ask to be notified when it is available.

Q: Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

A: We offer domestic (USA) and international shipping without hidden markup fees. Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by FedEx, based on your location - around 7-14 business days for domestic shipments and 10-20 business days for international.

Q: Where is my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: In keeping with our mission, we encourage you to consider whether you really do need our product. As such, we only accept returns / exchanges if you feel something is wrong with the product, or it shows excessive premature wear. Scratches and scuffing are to be expected during normal usage.

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: We guarantee our hardgoods for the life of the item - this covers all composite / moulded materials - the rest, such as webbing straps, hardware etc. are easily sourced, or we can provide them to you at cost + shipping if worn or damaged.

Q: How can I initiate a return or warranty claim?
